The Jokinen landscape project was a challenging, but typical job for 4-Evergreen. Their home is located in an upscale community near Coral Springs Florida and Heron Bay where specific guidelines regulate landscaping. We worked with the association review board and management company to develop a design which was both acceptable to the Jokinen's and compliant with the community covenants. This is an example of a job where we provided the entire gamut of services including design, installation and maintenance. The plants used would be suitable for any high-end landscaping job in South Florida, including communities like Weston, Pembroke Pines, Miramar and Davie.
